This Tulane graduate transitioned to Real Estate eight years ago after working as a Housing Coordinator for UNITY. Olivia, over the course of her decade-long career in Real Estate, has completed countless transactions, selling over $75M in residential and commercial real estate.
Olivia credits much of her success to creating a collaborative experience with both her clients and colleagues within the industry. For Olivia, respect and kindness go a long way.
When she is not in showings, Olivia loves to fill up her passport, play soccer, and hit up every antique store in the city.

When she’s not in showings, she spends her time sampling local cocktail menus, filling up her library shelves, obsessing over art or design, & spending quality time with her dog, Finn!

Olivia is originally from Georgia, but has lived in New Orleans for over 12 years! Mel is from New Orleans originally, and just moved back a few years ago from NYC!
We do both! With over 25 million in sales since joining forces, split between representing Buyers and Sellers, you should feel confident having us guide you through both sides of any transaction.
For our Buyers - after our initial consult, we will work to establish your goals, assist you in getting set up in our search, and help take you through all the steps from offer to closing.
For our Sellers - after our initial consult, we will prepare a complimentary market analysis for the property, walk you through our marketing plan, and get you set up with all the tools needed for a great listing, and all the steps through to closing.
Nope! This is a common question we get, especially with first time buyers. Enlisting us as agents to purchase a home does not involve a deposit, fee, or invoice of any kind from our end. After our initial chat, we are able to get you set up in your search and start showing you homes - no payment required at any point!
100%. If you moving from out of state, or searching from afar, we are able to coordinate virtual showings and communicate digitally as needed.
